District Registration for Athletics
All Athletes who wish to participate in a sport in the GBAPS District are required to fill out the forms linked below starting July 1st of each year. All forms need to be turned in BEFORE tryouts or you will NOT be allowed to try out.
Physicals are good for 2 years, if completed after April 1st provided that no major injuries have occurred. During the 2nd year, an alternate year card is required to be submitted.
